Blizzard releases Diablo Immortal's Fishing Update | Go Fishing, Not Missing!

Blizzard says fishing will be added to Sanctuary's demon-infested world as part of the game's next update, a "first step" towards exploring Diablo from a new perspective. Come February 22 in the Americas (or today everywhere else), Diablo Immortal players can put down their weapons and pick up a fishing rod instead.
After completing an introductory quest, players can travel to one of three combat-free fishing zones in Sanctuary. Fishing bait can be purchased from a Fisher vendor located near each fishing zone. Players can catch a rare fish by letting their bobber sit in the water for a longer period of time, with a total of 40 unique species to find. Fish can be sold to the Fisher for gear and cosmetics for fishing rods.
