Hot Fix! | Star Wars Jedi: Survivor "HDR not working" Error! Help!
The performance of this title has been below expectations, particularly due to the number of technical issues it has encountered across all platforms, making it less than ideal. As much as PC users have seen the lion's share of issues, console users have also had to deal with lag issues, stuttering issues, and other graphics-related issues.

Whenever this error occurs on a PC, the game also crashes, and the screen goes black whenever this error occurs. There are a number of performance issues with this title, and this is one of them.
Because there is no permanent solution to this bug, it is one of the most annoying bugs that players have had to deal with so far. Since the latest franchise entry, there have been a significant number of issues reported across all platforms, and only a few temporary solutions can be found to resolve these issues.
Xbox Fix
It is recommended that Xbox Series X and Series S users go to the "HDR Game Calibration" settings on the Xbox console and then set the "Maximum Luminance" setting to the highest possible level.
Under "Color and Brightness", go to "Visuals" and adjust the HDR Brightness to 50 and the HDR Black Point to 25 under the "Color and Brightness" section.
With this update, it is likely that the HDR issue on Microsoft's console will be resolved.
PlayStation Fix
The first step is to navigate to the Settings page in the game's main menu so that you can configure the game to your liking. When you press the options button and then press R1 at the same time, you will be able to navigate to the section where the cog icon is located.
It is important to make sure that all three symbols in the "Screen and Video" tab are brightened to the maximum brightness by clicking on "Video Output" and "Adjust HDR."
Next you should go back out to the main "Settings" menu and select "Visuals." Here you will find the "HDR Brightness" settings under "Color & Brightness." You will want to change the "HDR Brightness" to 20 and the "HDR Black Point" to 5.
The HDR issue with Star Wars Jedi Survivor on the PlayStation 5 should now be resolved as a result of this patch.
PC Fix
At the moment, there is no fix for the "HDR not working" issue in Star Wars Jedi Survivor for PC users as of right now. Nevertheless, you may want to experiment with the settings a little bit to find out what works best for you.
As players are experiencing performance issues with Respawn's latest title, it is best for them to wait for the patch or hotfix that will be released in the near future.
