Secrets of the Lightscale Trident in Tears of the Kingdom (TotK)
The Glory of the Zora side quest may be started by interacting with Dento, who will advise Link on how to prepare the materials and weapon necessary for the construction of the Lightscale Trident in the Glory of the Zora side quest.
The Following Materials Are Needed to Craft the Lightscale Trident:
1 x Zora Spear,
3 x Diamonds, and
5 x Pieces of Flint.

Where to Find a Zora Spear in TOTK
A Zora Spear doesn't have to be far away from the Zora Domain. You can even receive one as part of your quest to solve the Regional Phenomena if you're lucky. You can also find the Tabahl Woods Cave entrance by going southwest to the Tabahl Woods. There are some monsters in these caves, like Like Likes and Horriblins, so be prepared to fight. It may be possible for the latter to use the Zora Spear, so you should kill it and grab it. If that doesn't work, kill a Like Like, as its treasure chest contains the spear.

Where to Find Flints & Diamonds Needed for the Lightscale Trident in TOTK
The materials that are needed to craft the Lightscale Trident need to be found in Hyrule if you have not already obtained them. Diamonds are the most difficult, and the other materials should already be in your inventory.
The Best Places to Find Flints are:
All stables
Ore deposits, and
Campfires.

Maoikes Shrine, Lanayru Wetlands (2277, 0150, 0079)
Mayaotaki Shrine, Hebra Mountains (-0956, 3535, 0234), and
