Diablo 4 patch 1.1.3 reigns in crowd control effects so you're not stuck every 20 seconds - Down With Network/Server Play!
Obviously, it's been a while since the last Diablo 4 patch, where Malignant farming was sped up. This patch has been generally well received, and it's now time for another rather substantial update. In a blog post, Blizzard revealed details about the next patch for Diablo 4. Version 1.1.3 will arrive on all platforms tomorrow, August 29. In addition to bug fixes, there are several important balance changes as well. As promised during one of Blizzard's dev streams, the headline change here pertains to crowd control effects (CCs), which will be frequency and intensity increased.
Certain enemies in Diablo 4 can exert crowd control effects that are particularly aggravating, because they make you unable to react for a long time (such as being frozen), especially if you are subjected to multiples of them simultaneously.
