The Fallen Crown is a Metroidvania at heart. As you progress through an interconnected world, you will develop skills and gear that will enable you to reach new areas. There are a variety of weapons you can use, including daggers, staves, axes, throwing daggers, and swords, and you will engage in visceral combat. However, you will also need to be fast on your feet. Jumping off ledges, pouncing on enemy heads, and shooting projectiles will resemble classic games such as Super Mario and Megaman.

A nameless undead warrior with no memory of his past is your character in The Fallen Crown. You are drawn to The Tower inexplicably but are thrown to the depths below before you can break through its walls. Now, you must retrieve your body and your long-forgotten past in order to survive.
