Cyberpunk 2077: Fix Distorted Relic after “Automatic Love” Quest - Love at First Glitch?

A Ripperdoc named Fingers lives on Jig-Jig Street somewhere near the end of the “Automatic Love” quest in Cyberpunk 2077. After leaving the club, whether gracefully or violently, you'll have a few conversations with Johnny where V experiences a relic malfunction, causing his (and the player’s) vision to glitch out and distort. The problem is, for some players, this glitch effect never goes away. After talking to Johnny in Cyberpunk 2077, the screen glitches and the relic effect is distorted. During the conversation with Johnny, you should NOT ask him, "What are you worse than me?". If you do, the screen will glitch.
