The Heartbreaking Mistake: Woman's Unfortunate Sale of $45,000 Pokemon Cards for a Mere $90
As a result of a yard sale in Massachusetts, United States, a woman is reportedly selling three vintage Pokemon cards booster boxes worth $15,000 each for just $30 each. As soon as she realized her mistake, she posted it on Facebook in hopes that the buyer would see her plea and return the cards.
As seen in a screenshot posted by @ericwhiteback on Twitter (X), she writes,
“SOS!” She appears to be posting to a local Facebook group. In Oakam on August 26, I sold my father’s Pokemon collectors items at a yard sale without knowing what they were...If you are the two gentlemen who bought these items, I ask you to return them. “My father is in a wreck and I am beside myself.”
