YouTube Culture and Trends, the team that tracks emerging interests among YouTube creators, reports that retro gaming is having its moment in the sun. A big boom has been seen in retro gaming over the past year, according to its latest numbers:



There were over 1000 times more videos uploads related to retrogaming in the first half of this year than for the same period in 2007.

At the moment, 80's games are the flavor of the month, which could invite themed promotions or tie-ins to your favorite childhood gaming experiences.
